Processing Time All orders are printed and fulfilled on demand. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International (including Brazil): 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
